 Question:  
When moving to a bright place or outdoors after updating Galaxy S20 FE 5G 
device to the latest version, the device screen flashes abnormally and a fingerprint 
is not recognized properly. I cannot unlock the screen by fingerprint recognition.

    of Galaxy S20 FE 5G devices in certain conditions.
 
    - To resolve this symptom, Samsung is scheduled to release a new software 
    as soon as possible.
 
    - Therefore, please check for updates to your device software regularly 
    via the FOTA(Settings >Software update >Download and install).
 
    - To ensure the best experience, Samsung encourages all users to keep 
    software and applications up to date at all times. 
 
    - To use your device properly before releasing the software, it's required 
    to turn off the Adaptive brightness option and adjust the brightness of 
    display to a proper level not maximum level. For this, drag the status bar 
    downwards to open the notification panel and swipe downwards again on the 
    notification panel to view Adaptive brightness option. Tap the extention 
    arrow for brightness option. 
 
    - Then, turn off the Adaptive brightness option and adjust the brightness
