We're aware of this happening on some Galaxy devices with Samsung Internet version 14.0.1.62. It's because of an issue with the Smart anti-tracking feature's server. Our team is working hard to fix this by improving the server after April 25th. For now, to keep using the internet without issues, go to Internet settings > Privacy and security > Smart anti-tracking > Tab Never.
