Question:

Why won't my new device turn on when I try to use it for the first time?

Answer:

The battery might be low because of shipping before you bought it. So, the device won't turn on right away.

Charge the battery fully before using the device.

If the battery has no power, the device won't turn on when you plug in the charger.

Let the battery charge for a little bit (at least a few minutes) to turn on the device.

After giving the battery some time to get power, try turning it on again.
