 Question:
While using my device, a "Google has stopped"
error message keeps popping up. What can I do?

Answer:
Samsung is aware of this issue affecting some
Galaxy devices due to a server issue with the latest version of the Google app.
We have confirmed with Google that they have
taken proper actions to prevent future occurrences of this error.
To resolve the current issue, follow these
steps:
    - Go to your device's settings menu.

    - Find and select "Apps."

    - Select the "Google" app.

    - Choose "Storage."

    - Tap "Manage storage," then select
    "CLEAR ALL DATA."

If the error message still appears after clearing
the data, try performing a "Force stop" on the "Google"
app:
    - Go back to the "Apps" screen
    (Settings > Apps).

    - Select the "Google" app again.

    - Tap "Force stop."

    - If the issue continues after trying these
steps, contact Samsung Support for further assistance.

Note: If the symptom continuously persists
after clearing all storage data, please do Force stop of Google app : Settings
> Apps > Google > Force stop
