Why is the WeChat app intermittently not working 
properly during video calls on my Galaxy device? 
  
Answer:  
Samsung has identified this issue occurring 
on Galaxy devices when using the WeChat app (version 7.0.21) over a mobile (LTE 
or 5G) network. This problem does not happen when using Wi-Fi for WeChat video 
calls. 
The issue has been resolved in the latest version 
of the WeChat app (version 8.0.6), which is currently available for download 
from the Galaxy Store. 
Check for updates on your device by visiting 
the Galaxy Store and update your WeChat app to the latest version (8.0.6). An 
improved version of WeChat will soon be available on the Play Store as well. 
Samsung is dedicated to providing the best
