Question:

Why did the call button disappear from my messaging app after updating my device?

Answer:

With One UI 4 (running on Android S OS), there has been a change in the layout of your messaging app. To find the call button, simply tap on the contact's name or phone number at the top of the screen. This will expand the title section, revealing the hidden voice and video call icons.
