After updating my device to the newest version of Android (One UI 4), I'm experiencing issues with resizing images in my messaging app.

 

Answer:

In One UI 4 (based on Android), when reaching the end of a list, the scrolling effect has changed from the previous glow style to a new stretching effect introduced by Google. During this stretching animation, touch input isn't registered. To resize an image, wait until the stretching effect has completed before making adjustments.
