Answer:

  • If you turned off the 'Show on Always On Display' feature(Settings >Lock screen >Notifications >Show on Always On Display) or turned off the Notifications option of Lock screen, 'Show for new notifications' option on Always On Display feature can be disabled.
  • Please activate the related options.
    • Settings >Lock screen >Notifications >Turn on Show on Always On Display
    • Settings >Lock screen >Turn on Notifications
