Why can't I see or upload my saved images when using third-party apps?

 

Answer:

Some third-party applications may not support images saved in High Efficiency Image Format (HEIF). To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Open Camera settings.
  2. Navigate to Picture formats.
  3. Disable High efficiency pictures by turning it off.
