Question:

After upgrading the device to the latest version or Android S OS(One UI 4), while using the Microsoft SwiftKey Keyboard, the SwiftKey Keyboard Speech-to-text option is closed and the keyboard doesn�t open anymore.   

Answer:

• Samsung is aware of the symptom that may appear on devices updated to Android S OS.
• The symptom can only appear when using the Microsoft Swftkey Keyboard and Samsung is working closedly with Microsoft to resolve the symptom. Therefore, please check for updates to your device software and app regularly via the FOTA.(Settings> Software update)
• To use the keyboard normally before that, you need to switch to a different keyboard option. (i.e. Samsung Keyboard)
• For this, on Settings, General management> Keyboard list and default> Default keyboard> Choose Samsung Keyboard
