Question:

After updating my phone to the newest Android S OS (One UI 4), I'm getting an error message saying "Facebook App Manager has stopped working." What's going on?

Answer:

Samsung is aware of this issue happening on devices updated to Android S OS. This problem occurs because of a compatibility issue between Android S OS and your current Facebook app version. Samsung plans to release a new software update that will fix this issue. In the meantime, please regularly check for device software updates (Settings > Software update) to ensure you have the latest software. For optimal performance, Samsung recommends keeping both your software and apps updated at all times.
