Why does my audio overlap when playing videos on YouTube Shorts and listening to music on YouTube Music simultaneously?

 

Answer:

  • Samsung is aware of the symptom and it appears due to the sound issue of YouTube itself.
  • Regarding this, Google is scheduled to release a new application update and Samsung is working closedly with Google to resolve the symptom.
  • Therefore, please check for updates to your device software and app regularly via the FOTA.(Settings > Software update)
  • If you're experiencing the symptom, please restart your device or delete the data of YouTube(Settings > Apps > YouTube > Storage > Delete data)
