Why is my WeChat app not working properly 
during video calls on my Samsung Galaxy device? 
Answer: 
Samsung is aware of an issue affecting Galaxy 
devices when using the WeChat app (version 7.0.21) over a mobile network (LTE 
or 5G). 
The problem occurs intermittently and does 
not affect Wi-Fi connections during WeChat video calls. 
This issue has been resolved in the latest 
version of the WeChat app (version 8.0.6), which is currently available at the 
Galaxy Store. 
Please update your WeChat app by checking for 
updates on your device through the Galaxy Store. 
The improved WeChat version will be available 
soon at the Play Store for non-Samsung Android devices.
