My screen is blinking

Answer:

• Please update the software of the phone to the latest version > go to Settings > Software update
• If the software version is updated to the newest version and the problem persists, then proceed with the temporary solution below

Temporary solution:

• Do not use preloaded Samsung Messages App but download from Google Play store Messages App.

• Make sure to use Google Messages as default AND not the Samsung Messages

Note: App name is the same but see the difference in App ICON.
