 Question:  
Why isn't my device's Volume key working properly? 
Answer:  
    - Please check if the "Slow keys" option under Accessibility 
    is enabled. When this feature is turned on, the key (or button) only functions 
    after you hold it down for a specific amount of time. This helps prevent 
    accidental key presses. 
 
 
    - To check this setting, go to Settings, then Accessibility
