Answer:

  • It's confirmed that sound can be muted during content playback when 3rd party app "Emoji Keyboard - Thames app (Kars app)" is installed on device. This occurs due to the compatibility issue between Emoji Keyboard - Thames app and device. If you are using the app, please uninstall the app and try to use.
    • For this, on Settings, Apps > search for Emoji Keyboard - Thames app (Kars app) > Uninstall it
