Question 1:
My S Pen is disconnected after updating the Air
Command App (Version 6.1.40.1)
Question 2:
When I take out the S pen and plug it in again,
there is a notification that the S pen has been disconnected in the notification
window.
Answer:
This may occur when the permissions of Air
Command app regarding 'Nearby devices' and 'Physical activity' are initialized
in Android S OS
Please check the following:
- When you see disconnection notification
after plug in S pen, tap the notification then allow permission of 'nearby
devices' and connect your S Pen again.
 
- Select S pen initialization in your mobile
phone's settings then allow permissions, and reconnect
- Settings > Advanced features >
S Pen > Air actions > More(3 vertical dots) > Reset S Pen >
Allow 'Nearby devices' permission
  
  
- Allow permissions of Air command app regarding
'Nearby devices' and 'Physical activity' and connect the S pen again.
- Settings > Apps > Air command
> Permissions > Allow permissions of Nearby devices and Physical
