After updating to S OS, I am unable to
access my My Files app folder. What can I do?

We are aware of an issue affecting the My Files
app on S OS, specifically version 13.1.00.171. This issue occurs due to a database-related
error in certain situations. As a temporary solution, please follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Apps > My Files >
Storage > Clear Data.
Once the fixed version of the My Files app
(v13.1.00.193) becomes available, update the app through Galaxy Apps. The planned
release date for the fix is May 20th, although it might be delayed due to internal
reasons.
