Why can't I send MMS messages? (Picture/Video 
messages) 
  
Answer: 
Please ensure the following: 
    - Customer's service plan includes MMS capabilities
 
    - Customer has their mobile data enabled
 
    
        - They will NOT be 
        charged data usage for MMS if included in plan, even if mobile plan 
        has no data.
 
     
    - Customer is sending a valid photo/video, 
    not a file or document.
