Symptom:

Upon trying to launch the Camera app, user sees "Warning, Camera Failed!"

Attempt the following:

• Open the Camera app, tap Settings > Reset Settings > Reset
• Reboot phone in safe mode and attempt again.
• If the issue is gone, a recently downloaded app could have caused the issue
• Uninstall any recent apps downloaded, especially ones that relate to camera (ie. Snapchat, filters, Instagram, TikTok)
• If the issue persists, the phone itself is the root of the issue
• Reboot the phone manually
• Ensure latest software has been installed on the phone
• If issue persists, attempt to perform a factory reset.
• Customer information should be backed up.
• Guide customer to properly back up and reset phone.

If the above does not resolve the situation, service may be required.
