Why is my 5G phone not connecting to the 5G network?

 

Answer:

1. Check your network mode settings (Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode) and ensure it is set to 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM.

2. Verify if 5G coverage is available in your area by contacting your mobile service provider.

3. Confirm that your mobile service plan includes 5G access; if not, upgrade your plan.

4. Restart your phone to see if this resolves the issue.

5. Reset your network settings (Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth).

6. As a last resort, perform a factory reset on your device (Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset)). Be sure to backup your data before performing this step.
