Question:
Why does my phone screen turn black when I'm
on a call?
Answer:
This is a normal feature of your phone. There
are special sensors called "proximity sensors" near the top of your
phone. When you're on a call, these sensors will turn off your screen if something
(like your face or your hand) gets close to them. This happens to avoid accidentally
pressing buttons or ending the call while the phone is against your face.
