Question:

How to fix a touch screen not working but works with S Pen?

Answer:

Check for any cases, magnets, or screen protectors on the device and remove them.

Disable TalkBack mode by navigating to Settings > Accessibility > Vision > TalkBack and turn it off. If this was the issue, use two fingers to interact with the screen. Tap an icon with one finger to select, then tap with two fingers to continue or double-tap with one finger.

If the problem persists, try restarting the device. You may use a mouse plugged into the device with an OTG cable to navigate the restart process.
