What changes were made to the FAQ linked page in the 'Contact Us' menu on each app, and why did they occur?

 

Answer: [For Customers]

Previously, there was a link to the CONTENT & SERVICES CUSTOMER SUPPORT website (www.help.samsung.content.com) through the FAQ menu in 'Contact Us' on each app, providing customer help content.

This website will be suspended on June 30th, so we have created a new link to either:

A specific FAQ page of each service app in the 'Samsung.com' support site, or

The main page of the 'Samsung.com' support site if there's no dedicated app FAQ available.

These changes were made to provide better assistance by linking directly to relevant support pages within each app or the main Samsung.com support site.
