Question:

After updating with latest SW version, it stops charging with super fast charging mode suddenly and does not charge any more

Answer:

• It was confirmed that there is SW error released on August that makes being controlled(stop charging) the heat of the device in the lower level than designed in accordance with heating control algorithm.
• In this case, please remove the charger and close the running app on the device.
• And try charging after cooling down the device.
• There will be released new SW version with fix to resolve this issue, so please update with latest SW version with fix when it is available.
