Question:

Proximity sensor is not working properly when running WhatsApp with turning on the Bluetooth

Answer:

• There is happening of not working the Proximity sensor when running WhatsApp with being enabled Bluetooth.
• We found that it comes from WhatsApp side and requested to fix that issue to WhatsApp team(app developer).
• Please use temporary workaround to avoid that problem for the time being before getting fixed WhatsApp app.
• And update with new version of WhatsApp app with fix when it is available.

Note: * Temporary workaround : use WhatsApp app with turning off the Bluetooth to work Proximity sensor properly
