 Question:
Why does an after-image appear on my device's
screen when using Facebook Messenger for 20 minutes? Is this a defect?

Answer:
This after-image (burn-in) occurs due to the
characteristics of the AMOLED display module. When a fixed graphic image stays
on a particular part of the screen for an extended period, such as during a
call on Facebook Messenger, this phenomenon may occur. It is not considered
a defect. The after-image will gradually fade over time, and it may still happen
even if the display module is replaced. As long as the issue resolves itself
within a reasonable timeframe, there is no need to consider it a defect.
