How can I increase the sound volume during a call?

 

Answer:

To increase the sound volume during a call, press the volume up button on your device. Note that the call volume operates separately from the multimedia volume, so adjusting the general volume settings may not affect the call volume. Additionally, the Call Volume setting menu is no longer available in the Settings app.
