After installing the app, I am experiencing issues with sound during calls and they are automatically changing modes. What should I do?

Confirm the issue: If the problem persists, use the Samsung Members app to report the issue and attach relevant logs for further analysis. This will help determine which application might be causing the problem.

 

Check for third-party app involvement: To confirm if a third-party app is causing the issue, boot your smartphone into safe mode and test the call functionality.

 

a. Press and hold the side button and the volume button simultaneously. Alternatively, pull down the notification panel and long-press the power icon.

 

b. Long-press the 'Power off' option to reveal the 'Safe Mode' icon, then tap on 'Safe Mode'.

 

c. Once the phone restarts in safe mode, attempt to reproduce the issue.

 

Report the issue: After returning to normal mode, submit a log via the Samsung Members app's error reporting feature. This will provide more information about the issue for troubleshooting purposes.

 

Note: In safe mode, only pre-installed applications are active, making it easier to isolate issues caused by third-party apps. If the issue does not occur in safe mode, it is likely related to a third-party app.
