What other user mode is there and How different access permission do they have on the Maintenance mode? Entering to Maintenance mode does not work

Question

What is the difference between the various user modes available on my device, and how do their access permissions differ when using Maintenance mode?

Answer

There are three main user modes on your device: Administrator (Owner User), User (Sub User), and Guest (Guest User). Each mode has different access permissions. Only the Administrator (Owner User) mode allows access to Maintenance mode. To enter Maintenance mode, first confirm that your current user mode is set to Administrator (Owner User) by going to Settings > Accounts and backup > Users.

Question

When trying to enter Maintenance mode, nothing happens. Why is this occurring?

Answer

It seems that your current user mode is not set to Administrator (Owner User), which is required to enter Maintenance mode. Please go to Settings > Accounts and backup > Users and verify that your user mode is set to Administrator (Owner User) before attempting to enter Maintenance mode again.
