Question

Why am I unable to log into my Samsung Account?

Answer

  1. Account deletion during maintenance: Your Samsung Account may have been deleted due to lack of activity or failure to update information. Multiple notifications were sent via email and smartphone messages prior to deletion. To regain access, create a new account at https://account.samsung.com/. Note: Users under 13 years old cannot create accounts.
  2. Incomplete registration: It's possible that your registration wasn't completed successfully. Visit https://account.samsung.com/ to create and confirm your account details.
