Why isn't my Samsung Galaxy device's messaging app synchronizing with the set-top box when connected via Bluetooth in my Tesla car?

 

Answer:

We've discovered that this issue occurs in specific versions of the set-top box software (STB) found in some Tesla cars. This problem has been addressed in the most recent version of the STB software, version 2022.44.25.3. To resolve this issue, please update your Tesla car's set-top box software to the latest version.
