Why isn't my Samsung TV Plus app working when I try to use it?

 

Answer:

Starting from January 9th, 2023 (KST), Samsung TV Plus app versions older than v1.0.02.7 are no longer supported. This means that the service might not be available if you have an older version of the Samsung TV Plus app.

To fix this issue and keep using the Samsung TV Plus app, you need to update your app to the latest version. You can update the app by going to the Galaxy Store app and downloading the newest version there.
