After software update, newly installed app crash occurs

Question:

Why is my newly installed app crashing after the software update?

Answer:

We identified an issue causing some newly installed apps to crash after the recent software update (January patch). This appears to be due to a compatibility problem between specific apps installed post-update and the updated software version on your phone. The crash seems to happen during the initial launch of the app when permissions are granted. However, once the app is restarted with permission granting, it runs smoothly. Additionally, apps installed prior to the software update are unaffected by this issue.

We are currently working on a solution to address this problem and expect to release an updated software version shortly. Please make sure to install the latest software update when it becomes available.
