 Question:

How to manage Samsung Wallet if your phone
is missing?

Answer:
    - If your phone is missing, immediately
activate Samsung's Find My Mobile service.

    - Log into your Samsung Account on https://findmymobile.samsung.com
    from a computer.

    - Locate your device from the list of devices
    and select it.

    - Click the "Lock" button to lock
your phone remotely. This action will also lock Samsung Wallet.

    - If needed, enter the required information
and click "LOCK." No one will be able to access your personal
    data or Samsung Wallet now.

    - In case of emergency, you can reset your
phone by selecting "Erase data," but remember this will delete
all data, including Samsung Wallet information.

    - Before resetting your phone, always back
up your data using the "Back up" option in Find My Mobile or other
    backup methods.

    - After resetting, you must sign in to your
Samsung Account on the new device to restore the backed-up data.

    - If a Google account was registered on
the old device, you will need to sign in to that account before using the
    new device.
