Your smartphone should be able to connect to your car's Bluetooth or Wi-Fi network.

The Digital Key may not work if your car's battery is also low or dead. In this case, try jump-starting the car or using an external power source to charge the battery.

If your smartphone has a security feature (e.g., fingerprint recognition) enabled on the Key's Details screen, you won't be able to access the Digital Key until the phone is charged enough to perform the required authentication method.
