Why does my phone restart randomly after updating its software?

We've identified an issue where phones may unexpectedly restart due to a software (SW) update with the latest T OS version. This problem is linked to malfunctions caused by the AppSearch solution following updates to the Android server managed by our partner, Google.

To address this issue, we worked closely with the Samsung team to provide relevant information to their counterparts at Google. As a result, a new hotfix was developed and promptly deployed to the affected servers. However, it may take some time for this improvement to reach every impacted device.

Please note that even after the hotfix has been applied to the server, your phone might still restart once during usage. In such cases, manual or automatic restarting should resolve the issue on your device. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
