 Symptom: 
    - During the call, customer can hear the 
    person in other line but the person in the other can hear well, or vice 
    versa.
 
    - This symptom persist until the phone restarted. 
    
 
    - Using the Bluetooth device like earbuds 
    or car kit, the issue is the same
 
    - Speaker phone also has the same issue 
    like receiver phone  
 
    - After restarting the phone issue occurs 
    within a day. (frequency of occurs: 1 or 2 per day)
 
 
  
Possible solutions: 
    - Remove/Replace SIM card
 
    - Change SIM card
 
    - If ESIM is supported by device, recommend 
    customer to contact service provider and use ESIM
