After changing the country information, my purchase history is gone. How can I retrieve it?

 

Answer

  • When switching countries, the purchase history from the prior country may temporarily disappear. However, if you switch back to the same country, this history should reappear. Note that there's a restriction on country changes - once you've changed the country within the last 180 days, you can't change it again during that period.
  • Each country has its own legal and policy requirements, so information cannot always be seamlessly transferred or combined between them.
