While playing a media source (video) through
MX player, it stops in a few minutes.
Answer:
We identified the issue as an abnormal behavior
occurring in the recent version of the MX Player app.
We have reported the issue to the app developer
along with a detailed description and requested a fix.
To receive the updated version fixing this
problem, please keep the MX Player app up-to-date through the Google Play store
or Galaxy Store.
Note that the schedule for the new version's
release is yet to be determined (TBD).
As a temporary solution, consider removing
the latest MX Player app version or using an alternative player app until the
update is available.
