Question:

After SW update, My Files app does not work properly

 

Answer:

There was wrong My Files app version which is not compatible with S OS(One UI 4.1.1) on the Google Play Store.

The problem comes from this compatibility issue.

Incompatible app version(wrong My Files app : v14.1.03.16) was removed from Google Play Store.

Please remove updated version and update the latest version.

 

Path :

  • Settings > Apps > My Files app > more options(�) > tab 'Uninstall updates' OR
  • Press and hold the My Files app > tab 'i' icon > more options(�) > tab 'Uninstall updates'
