 Question
How to fix the 'Retrieve calls and messages'
feature in SmartThings Find website menu?

Answer
Due to the recent change in Google's Android
policy regarding user consent for accessing personal data, you need to enable
permission for SmartThings Find to access your calls and messages. By default,
this feature is turned off, and the server returns an error message if it remains
disabled. Follow one of these paths to allow access:

    - Go to Settings > Security and
Privacy (or Biometrics and Security) > Find My Mobile > Allow
this phone to be found > Turn on 'Retrieve calls and messages'.

    - Alternatively, navigate to Settings > Samsung
Account > Find My Mobile > Turn on 'Retrieve calls and messages'.

When you activate this feature, your phone's
recent call and message history is temporarily collected and stored for up to
24 hours, allowing you to retrieve them via the SmartThings Find website menu.
Afterward, this data is automatically erased. Note that enabling this option
complies with the updated Android policy and ensures proper functioning of the
'Retrieve calls and messages' feature.
