I didn't get the verification code for two-step 
verification while using previous screen as a alternative method. What should 
I do?

    - Please check if your phone number using 
    currently does match with your registered phone number to your Samsung account, 
    or if your phone number has ever been changed. If you need to change the 
    phone number for two-step verification, please request for change the phone 
    number through ('Need to change your phone number') feature in Samsung account 
    Website (https://account.samsung.com).
