  • Please check if your phone number using currently does match with your registered phone number to your Samsung account, or if your phone number has ever been changed. If you need to change the phone number for two-step verification, please request for change the phone number through ('Need to change your phone number') feature in Samsung account Website (https://account.samsung.com).

  1. 'Didn't get the verification code?' (bottom of typing screen with verification code) > 'Need to change your phone number' (* In case of setting only with Verify with text message, it shows 'Need to change your phone number' on first screen of Two-step verification)
  2. 'Didn't get the verification code?' (bottom of typing screen with verification code) > 'Verify with text message' > 'Need to change your phone number'
