Why am I having issues with fingerprint registration in biometric settings?

 

Answer:

We identified an issue where fingerprint registration may fail due to low brightness on the fingerprint recognition area when the screen mode in Display Settings is set to 'Natural'. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

 

Go to Settings (Settings)

Select Display (Display)

Choose Screen mode (Screen mode)

Change the setting to 'Vivid' (Vivid)

 

After changing the screen mode to 'Vivid', try registering your fingerprints again in the biometric settings. This should improve the success rate of fingerprint registration.
