I lost my password that was set for 'Lock' 
function in SmartThings Find. 
  
Answer: 
You can reset the PIN through SmartThings Find 
website (https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/) after login with your Samsung 
account. 
And then, you can unlock the device with the 
PIN newly set. 
It is recommended that you change the password 
of Samsung account after resetting the PIN of SmartThings Find lock menu to 
protect your account information.

> login > 'Lock' > tab 'Agree' for consent to collection 
of personal information > reset the new PIN > unlock the device 
with the new PIN 
  
* 'Lock' feature in 
SmartThings Find works separately from the screen lock menu on the device settings, 
so even after being unlocked of SmartThings Find - Lock function, the device 
screen lock is still locked (in case of being locked already by user through
