Why isn't my Samsung TV Plus app working when 
I try to use it? 
  
Answer: 
For a better service experience, Samsung TV 
Plus app versions older than v1.0.02.7 were no longer supported after January 
9th, 2023 (KST). This means that if you have an older version of the Samsung 
TV Plus app, you might not be able to use it anymore. 
  
To fix this problem and start using the Samsung 
TV Plus app again, you need to update your app to the newest version. To update 
the app, follow these steps: 
  
Find the Galaxy Store app on your phone. 
Open the Galaxy Store app. 
Search for "Samsung TV Plus" in the 
search bar. 
Tap on the Update button next to the Samsung 
TV Plus app. 
Wait for the app to update. 
Once the update is finished, open the Samsung 
TV Plus app and enjoy watching your favorite shows!
