What does the Drain System Error (Error Code nd, 5E or 5C) mean?

Answer: 

The water level fails to drop below the water level sensor signal reset point within 15 ~ 30 minutes after drain operation starts.

1. Drain pump / drain hose blockage.

2. Loose/bad wire connection on either pump terminal or PCB terminal.

3. Drain pump defective, PCB main defective.

1 5C is for Flex Models.

1 5C has the same meaning, except, it’s for the upper washer on Flex models, because Flex models have 2 drain pumps.
