Answer: This means that the water level sensor is malfunctioning or there might be an issue with the wire connections on either the water level sensor terminal or the printed circuit board (PCB) terminal. When this error occurs, the drain pump will turn ON automatically and remain ON, to evacuate maximum water to prevent a flood, regardless of the machine's operating condition. 1 1C is for Flex Models. 1 1C has the same meaning, except, it's for the upper washer of Flex models.
