This occurs when the water level drops below the sensor's signal reset point during the Wash or Rinse cycle. 

When this happens, the drain pump turns on automatically and remains ON to evacuate maximum water to prevent a flood, regardless of the unit's operating condition.

1 LC1 is for Flex Models.
