Question:

While using LockStar app, the device goes into Safe mode after restarting.

Answer:

We've found that occasionally, when using the LockStar app on a device running U OS, the device may go into Safe mode after restarting. This happens because of a timing error when setting a duplicate shortcut app in the LockStar app.

An updated version of the LockStar app is available in the Good Lock app. Please update to the latest version (LockStar app: v6.0.00.5).

If your phone is currently in Safe mode, you can temporarily fix the problem by resetting the shortcut in the Lock screen menu of the settings.

After resetting the shortcut, press and hold the power button + volume down button at the same time for 7 seconds, then tap 'Restart' to exit Safe mode.

*Path for LockStar app update : Good Lock app > 'Make up' tab > update LockStar

*Path for reset the shortcut : Settings > Lock screen tab EDIT of Lock screen > tab and reset the shortcuts on the both bottom shortcuts.
